Sledging

Fun, adventure and impressive sledge runs are key features of sledging on Männlichen, with a choice of sledging hits either with or without sledge hire. For maximum fun with family, friends and colleagues.

Pick up your sledge at the summit station of the Männlichen Gondola Cableway and set out on the racy sledge run from Männlichen to Holenstein. The stretch offers thrills and no end of fun with numerous bends, exciting steep passages and wonderful gliding sections.
If there's enough snow, it's even possible to sledge all the way down to Grindelwald.

Please note! The sledge run crosses the ski piste several times along Itramenstrasse and so a suitable amount of caution is required!

Sledging time: about 60 minutes to the Holenstein middle station, about 90 minutes to the Grindelwald-Grund bottom station.

Sledging Hit (with sledge hire)

The 1-day pass for the Grindelwald–Männlichen gondola cableway or Wengen–Männlichen aerial cableway lets you enjoy a whole day of sledging fun, using the transport facilities as often as you wish. The price includes all-day sledge hire from the Männlichen summit station.
