From the Eigergletscher station of the Jungfrau Railway (2320 m), the path leads along the Eiger Glacier moraine and down a rocky ridge. Leading beneath the tracks and avalanche protection galleries of the Jungfrau Railway, the path crosses the steep slope to Fallboden. From here, Kleine Scheidegg (2061m) is only a short distance away along a wide, gentle downhill path.
