On this Sunday, everything revolves around Bernese Alpine and Shaved Cheese AOP. Discover the various aspects of this natural product and be there ‘live’ when the gold medal is presented to the winner in the top category (extra-hard “Hobelkäse” – Shaved Cheese).

Start the day with a sumptuous ‘Alpine-Brunch’ (by reservation only), stroll through the various market stalls and enjoy the entertainment provided by the Schwyzerörgelitrio Bärglistock, Schwyzerörgeliquartett Gemsberg and the yodelling group Edelwyss-Stärnen. Around 140 Alpine and Shaved AOP cheeses and “Alpmutschli” will be judged and you will have the opportunity to taste these wonderful cheese varieties.
